Our client is a £multi-million, market leading and fast moving Telecoms industry success story based in Cheshire, just south of Manchester in Alderley Edge and close to the train station. They are dynamic, growing, they have won numerous, prestigious employer awards (voted "Top 100 Best Companies to work for") and they provide specialist business-to-business Telecommunications solutions, mainly into the SME market, by having partnerships with many world leading and UK specialist Telecoms manufacturers and suppliers. As part of their ongoing expansion plan, they now seek an additional Telecoms Billing Analyst to join the office based Billing team.

Reporting to the 'Head of Billing', it is essential that the successful candidate has a proven track record in Telecoms invoicing and Billing 'runs' within a Telecommunications company (Fixed Line / Mobile). The successful applicant will also have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, a positive attitude to work and be highly numerate with experience in using Data Querying Tools e.g. SQL, Access, Oracle and have ideally have advanced Microsoft skills including Excel, Word and Outlook.

Key responsibilities include

" To invoice all customers on a monthly basis.
" Ensure that all invoices that are issued are accurate.
" Investigate and correct all billing exceptions
" Investigate any billing related queries, offer advice and set expectations.
" Maintain customer tariffs or contract prices.
" Identify and instigate any necessary changes to billing templates.
" Liaison with all departments on any billing related initiative or query.

Essential skills/Experience -

Previous / existing Telecoms Billing experience from a Telecoms Company.

Our client is a £multi-million, market leading and fast moving Telecoms success story based the Stockport, Cheshire area. They are well established (16+ years), dynamic, growing, and they provide specialist business-to-business Telecommunications, Network Services, VOIP and SIP solutions into the SME market, by having partnerships with many world leading and UK specialist Telecoms manufacturers and suppliers. In line with ongoing business success and an increasing order book, they now seek an additional Telecoms Support / Co-ordinator / Provisioning analyst to join the office based Telecoms support team.

In this key role the successful candidate will be responsible for -

" Day to day Telecoms customer support, Telecoms projects co-ordination, administration, order processing and provisioning of Lines, ADSL. MPLS, Data Circuits, VOIP and SIP Technical Projects and additional works.
" Provide Customer support and technical support throughout the order process.

This will also involve -

* Dealing with customers' orders and support issues from start to finish by e-mail and phone
* Resolve order process issues using your Telecoms knowledge
* Liaise with Suppliers and Engineers to resolve technical support incidents
* If necessary escalate enquiries to engineers or suppliers
* Track all issues to a successful conclusion, keep customers informed.
* Processing equipment Order to suppliers and ordering new lines

Essential Skills / Experience:

* At least 2 years' experience in a similar Telecoms order/provisioning support role.
* Telecoms Customer Support Desk / Telecoms Co-ordinator / Telecoms provisioning experience is required (the more the better).
* Good Telecoms experience is required, ideally Fixed Line, Data and telephone systems.
* Energetic in personal, written, and telephone interactions.
* Meticulous organisation and attention to detail.
* Technically competent. MS Office suite.
* Ability to develop and document procedures and systems.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Excellent written and spoken English for this office based Telecoms customer service role.

It is essential that for this position the successful applicant has experience working for a Telecoms company in a similar business to business, order processing, telecoms co-ordinator / support role and is experienced in areas such as provisioning, fault management, liaising with Telecoms suppliers and customers alike. This experience would have been gained working for another Telecoms reseller. You will also need to have excellent communication skills.

An excellent career opportunity with a starting salary at c£18K-£20K (neg.) + pkg. awaits the successful candidate. Working week is Mon-Fri 9:00am - 5:30pm.
