Due to a restructure our client now needs to recruit two logistics business project managers in to their organisation to join their existing team and help with the delivery of major projects. Based in the Manchester and South Manchester areas, the successful candidates will be responsible for the day-to-day project management of several work-stream leads (operations, IT, solution design, implementations) and the effective management of both internal and external stakeholders to successfully deliver retail/warehouse related IT and software related projects against budget, timescale and the required standard. Ideally you will have held in the region of 4-5 years' experience as a project manager in the Logistics/retail sectors, with clear evidence of leading and driving the delivery of business projects. Candidates should be either qualified or have sound and demonstrable working experience and understanding of Prince2, MSP or alternatively be part of the APM. You will have good communication skills, be organised and ideally available to commence employment with our client by June 2014.
