Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Purchase ledger including PO co-ordination, goods receipting, posting invoices - Sales ledger including creating monthly rental invoices - Company expenses processing - Credit control including chasing debtors - General filing - Ensure an appropriate level of stationary supplies and kitchen and supplies is maintained - Provide proactive administrative support across all teams i.e. document preparation etc.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a busy, independent finance administration role - 5 GCSE’s – C or above, inc Maths and English (or equivalent) - Exposure to Access Dimensions - desirable - Excellent organisation/prioritisation skills with a varied and diverse workload - Ability to produce accurate work to tight deadlines – excellent eye for detail - Ability to work well under pressure, often with short timescales and conflicting demands - Ability to confidently liaise with and influence people at all levels within HRS and external organisations - Professional, discreet and confidential approach to all activities - Methodical/logical approach to work - Focused on continuous improvement - Excellent IT skills including MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook

You will be qualified or part qualified ACCA or AAT, and will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a busy office environment. Being self-driven and results focused you will consistently be able to meet internal and external deadlines. Used to communicating effectively with people at levels you will also have the ability handle all confidential matters. Attention to detail is paramount to be successful in this role, as is the ability to use your own initiative. You must have advanced Excel skills as well as the ability to report and analyse data within the accounts system and Excel. Experience in SAP (B1) will be a distinct advantage.

This specific role will require the Individual to have a large impact on reducing the aged debt ledger. The ledger of work will predominantly be over 90 days old and can vary from B2C & B2B . Therefore the ideal candidate needs to have the tenacity, commitment and determination to not give up and track illusive debtors down to make payment arrangements or settlements.
Dialler experience required and there is also 60% of the role which is manual tracing, investigating track down illusive debtors using excellent influencing skills. The candidate must be able to display an investigative approach, show creativity in their collections, extremely proactive in their collections style and make suggestions to improve current processes.
Key areas of responsibility: Investigative approach to track down illusive debtors via telephone, letter, text, email, Internet, social media tools. Tenacity and a keen eye for details is crucial Strong negotiation technique. Displaying persuasive technique and achieve maximum payment. Keeping level headed at all-time complying with SLA’s. Able to work in a high pressured environment towards team and individual targets. Must have an appetite for work volume and a hunger to succeed within a dynamic team. Experienced Recruitment Consultants are required to:
• Manage schools within own designated areas • Contact all users and lapsed user clients within set time-scales • Maximise business and manage the expectations of clients • Visit a minimum of three schools per week and to incorporate dedicated days out on pre-arranged call • Maintain business with existing clients and utilise support from Business Development • Utilise ADAPT database in accordance with ND Education policy & procedures.
