The ideal candidate:

- Minimum of 3 years experience working at Chef de Partie level, good all-round experience on all sections.

- Natural flair and a passion for cooking

- The chosen candidate will also have responsibility for the development of junior chefs will,

- Assisting in ensuring the business continues to develop and grow.

The ideal candidate will be able to provide evidence of:

- A working knowledge of food safety and accountability (a working knowledge and practical application of Safer Food better business systems would be an advantage)

- Teamwork

- A high standard of food preparation and presentation

- The ability to work calmly under pressure

- The following personal attributes are essential:

- Creativity and passion when it comes to food

- Resilience and the ability to perform well under pressure

- Pro-active and excellent follow through on tasks

- Excellent presentation skills

- Good time management and organisational skills

The position is full time: 5 days from 7. The normal hours of work are 45 per week . Full flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, early mornings and evenings is essential to meet the commercial needs of the business.
